Return Policy

At Selfridges, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item:

Contact our customer service team at cadbury@selfridges.com to initiate the return process. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
